Membership Stages

Hangaround

The first stage of progression, where attitude, consistency, and genuine intent begin to be judged.

Prospect

A more serious stage of progression where commitment, conduct, and suitability are tested over time.

Full Membership

Full Membership is earned through loyalty, discipline, sponsorship, and proven alignment with club standards.

Minimum Requirements

Before making an enquiry, make sure you meet the basic requirements for progression toward Full Membership.

At least 21 years of age
Own and actively ride a road-legal motorcycle
Minimum engine size of 500cc
Valid motorcycle licence or endorsement
No conviction likely to reflect poorly on the club
Loyalty, discretion, and alignment with club values
No membership in any other motorcycle club or patch-holding organisation
Sponsorship by a Full Member in good standing is required for Full Membership progression

How progression works

Initial enquiry

The first step is making genuine contact and providing honest, complete information for review.

Hangaround

If considered suitable, the first stage of progression is Hangaround, where character, attitude, and consistency begin to be observed.

Prospect

Progression may then move to Prospect status, where commitment, conduct, and alignment with club standards are judged more closely over time.

Full Membership

Full Membership is earned, not given. Progression depends on meeting the club’s requirements, having sponsorship from a Full Member in good standing, and proving suitability through each stage.
