Code / Values
Iron Tridents is shaped by standards, not slogans. The values below define how the club carries itself, how its people are expected to act, and what the name is meant to represent on and off the road.
Loyalty
Loyalty means standing firm for the club, the patch, and the brothers who wear it. It is shown through consistency, trust, and a willingness to stand with the club in word, action, and commitment over time.
Respect
Respect is earned honestly and carried in how we speak, act, and ride. It applies to the club, to each other, to the traditions we uphold, and to the people and places we encounter on the road.
Conduct
Conduct defines reputation. We expect discipline, accountability, and the ability to carry yourself properly in all situations. The standard applies both within the club and everywhere the name is seen or represented.
Brotherhood
Brotherhood is built through trust, shared miles, mutual support, and time proven together. It is more than companionship; it is a bond shaped by loyalty, resilience, and standing together through every road and every test.
Discretion
Discretion matters. Not all things are for public discussion, public display, or public explanation. Privacy, trust, and internal matters are treated with seriousness for good reason.
What that means in practice
These values are not decorative. They shape attendance, behaviour, riding standards, online conduct, respect for structure, and the way people progress or fail to progress.
